I am I eligible to use irs form 2210 to alleviate the underpayment penalty I paid on my 2023 return? I have not mailed my return as of today.

You can use Form 2210 to annualize your income, apply for a waiver, or allow the IRS to compute your penalty and bill you later. If you have not mailed your return, open it up and search for penalty. Then use the Jump to link to be taken to that area of TurboTax.
