I am legal guardian to my 26 year old disabled 26 year old daughter. She is currently placed in a private pay therapeutic. Is her cost of care deductible?

Probably as a medical expense (subject to a 7.5% of AGI floor) if you itemize and can claim her a a dependent or cannot claim as a dependent only because her gross incime is too high.
