I am looking for why I received a $92.23 L2G service fee charge on my credit card. I needed to know why.

You will need to call L2G or your credit card.

That is the service fee charged by the credit card processing company you used to pay the federal taxes.

See this IRS website for the credit card processors - https://www.irs.gov/uac/pay-taxes-by-credit-or-debit-card

Note - https://www.pay1040.com/ (Link2GovCorporation) or L2G would be the processor you used.
