My wife has not been able to work. So I only brought in income. How do I file? I am married but I am the only one who received income? So do I file single? Or do I still file married filing jointly

You should file  married filing jointly  no matter who earned what.

Married Filing Jointly is generally the better filing status when you're married.  Doesn't matter if only one person is working.

If you are married you cannot file as single. You have to file as either married filing jointly or married filing separately. As the others have said, married filing jointly is almost always better, especially when only one of you has income.
