Solved

I am married filing separately. My wife and I own a home together. My name is on the deed but my name is not on the mortgage. Can I claim a portion of the deductions?

Yes.  As long as your name is on either the deed or the mortgage, you can claim a deduction for interest and property taxes you paid on the property.  But remember that since you're filing MFS, you both must either itemize or take the standard deduction.
