I am needing to complete my 2016 taxes but never started. So this will be from scratch. How can I do that?

It's not possible to complete a prior year return with TurboTax Online. You can only do this on a TurboTax desktop version.

· Go to https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
· On the top right click Product & Pricing
· Hover over Products & Pricing and select Previous Years Products
· Click on Buy Now for each desired year
