I am not able to access my 2019 return? I tried to download it but nothing is coming up. I feel like my account is in read only mode. What can I do to access my return?

In January I updated my direct deposit information as instructed through an email I received from Turbotax. But now I see a different account number on the IRS website that is not my account information. I am trying to figure out what to do, but no there is no one to talk to.
