I am not happy with your response.. I have to pay over $400 in interest. I won't know any penalty until later. If there is a penalty I won't receive it. Right?

The other response told you how to start an accuracy guarantee...beyond that, we are other "Users", any payment discussions will need to go thru actual Turbotax staff.
