I am not laying until i get a refund!!!! Can i ever speak to a human????

With the Deluxe software, you can talk to Customer Service.

 

...on Weekdays.....Mon-Friday...5AM-5PM  PACIFIC time.    

 

During those times, you can get a phone number in the following link...but not outside of those hours.  When you do enter the system, indicate you have a "Billing issue":
