I am not self employed but I'm filing with TurboTax Self Emploed..does this matter? Is this right?

You can use the Self Employed version to file any personal tax return. However, you are paying more than you need to for a version that you don't need it you have no self employment income and didn't receive a 1099-MISC. If you have just started your return and haven't paid or registered, you should be able to clear and start over in a lower version.
