Question

I am not showing any update ava. However, when I go to file, it says an update is ava. How do I complete the necessary update?

It is showing you are filing using the online software, which updates automatically. 

If you are using the online version, please follow the instructions to clear your cache and delete your cookies, and then try again. 

 

If you are using the desktop version, please follow these instructions to do a manual update.
