Question

I am not the primary account holder for a Capital One account and will not receive a 1099-INT form for the $11 interest I earned on a savings account. What do I do?

My father is the "primary account holder." He has a savings account and so do I. When I log in and search for tax documents, none are available. Cap1 FAQ says that only the primary account holder will receive them. Does this exclude me even if my savings account is in my name?

You should ask Capital One.  If the account is in your name you should get your own 1099.  They have to send out 1099 for $10 or more.  But you still need to report all your income.   Did you ask you dad if he got the 1099 or if his 1099 included your interest?
