I am a three-quarters time student living with my parents. I am older than 23 so I'm not sure if my parent can claim me or not.

They can claim you if they provide more than half of your support and your income is less than $4,400.

Yes, they can claim you as a dependent as long as 1. you were an active full time student, during 2022 2. you are under 25 years old 3. No one else is claiming you and you are not filing for yourself 4. your received over half of your support from your parents in the 2022 filing year

If you were under the age of 24 at the end of 2022 and you were a full-time student, you can be claimed as a dependent. If you were not a student then you can be claimed if you had less than $4400 of income for 2022.

The rules your parents need to use:

WHO CAN I CLAIM AS A DEPENDENT?

You can claim a child, relative, friend, or fiancé (etc.) as a dependent on your 2022 taxes as long as they meet the following requirements:

Qualifying child

They're related to you.
They aren't claimed as a dependent by someone else.
They're a U.S. citizen, resident alien, national, or a Canadian or Mexican resident.
They aren’t filing a joint return with their spouse.
They're under the age of 19 (or 24 for full-time students).

No age limit for permanently and totally disabled children.

They lived with you for more than half the year (exceptions apply).
They didn't provide more than half of their own support for the year.

Qualifying relative

They don't have to be related to you (despite the name).
They aren't claimed as a dependent by someone else.
They're a U.S. citizen, resident alien, national, or a Canadian or Mexican resident.
They aren’t filing a joint return with their spouse.
They lived with you the entire year (exceptions apply).
They made less than $4,400 in 2022.
You provided more than half of their financial support.

There are two types of dependents, "Qualifying Children"(QC) and Other ("Qualifying Relative" in IRS parlance even though they don't have to actually be related). There is no income limit for a QC but there is an age limit, student status, a relationship test and residence test.

Turning 24 only means you can no longer be a Qualifying Child dependent. But, you may be a Qualifying Relative dependent. As others have said, this can only be if your parents provide more than half your support and your gross income is less than $4400.
