I am on H1B since oct 2018 .Can i file my taxes via turbo tax for the year 2019?
I am on H1B since 2018. Before that, I was on F1-OPT and I entered the US in Aug 2015.
Yes, if you have been in the United States 183 days in 2019 you can file a Form 1040 with TurboTax. Because you were in the U.S. in 2018 with a H1B Visa you could start counting days the beginning of 2019.
