Form 1095-A is used to report health insurance coverage obtained from the Marketplace.

You can report your 1095-A form in your return by going to the federal interview section of the return.

  1. Select Deductions & Credits 
  2. Scroll down to All Tax Breaks 
  3. Select Medical 
  4. Select Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A)
