I am on my father's health insurance plan. Do I enter HIS 1095-A info on my taxes?

Only if he is not claiming you as a dependent. You would check the box that you "Shared this policy with another taxpayer who is not on my taxes."  You and your father would agree on an allocation percentage and you would enter your percentage on the shared policy screen along with your father's SSN. 

If he is claiming you, all the 1095-A information would be reported only on his tax return.
