Question

I am on the File section of TurboTax. It says, "...just three more steps and we'll file your returns". I click Start on Step 1 and it says "Ooops, we've hit a snag".

Sign off the TurboTax online account.

Sign back onto your account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

 

If that does not help with the problem then change your web browser to either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge
