Question

I am on the payment screen. Trying to file my taxes on time. It is showing processing. That is all it is doing.

You should receive a confirmation that the E-file was processed if it is processing and has not actually been submitted, you might want to clear your cookies, temporary internet files, aka cache in your browser and or change browsers to file. Another issue occurring today is that it is the last day of the tax season and there is much higher than normal server traffic.
