I am one step away from e-filing my 2021 1040 SR return. Turbo Tax states it is unable to transmit due to a Tax Program update that is required. How do I access that?

Hello Heather:

I am using Turbotax disk Tax Year 2021 Premier from Costco and have updated all along per request.

I had same issue 03/11/2022.  I posted problem. Today 3/13 new update since 11th update.  Technical Hiccup issue resolved and I was able to Efile awaiting IRS acceptance.  Thanks to all here.

This appears to be still an issue with Deluxe 2023. On with support for 2 hours and no resolution. Then got hung up on. Called back and on hold again. Very frustrating and disappointed in TurboTax. Do better folks.

This has been resolved.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates. 

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, check for updates under the Online Tab.
