I am put the amount that you all refund and it is saying at the IRS website that it we cannot provide any information and it's been almost 2 weeks.

Since the website is only saying that it can't provide any information, rather than saying you should contact the IRS, there's probably not an issue with your return, just a delay.

And bear in mind that, if you claimed the earned income tax credit or the additional child tax credit, the IRS can't, by law, issue your refund before mid-February.  See the IRS' Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) page.

It's not uncommon to get the message you received, but the IRS advises that you not call them unless

  • It's been 21 days or more since you e-filed, or
  • It's been six weeks or more since you mailed your return, or when
  • "Where's My Refund" tells you to contact the IRS.
