I am not a TT employee and am very sorry you and many others are experiencing this issue.  We have brought it up to TT personnel and they are actively working on it.

A user is reporting that after the 1/18/18 update that took place last night, now using the "Tools" menu to Delete A Form and deleting  the 8863 form will fix the issue - Can you please try that?

The IRS is not accepting returns till 1/29 https://ttlc.intuit.com/announcements/4154870

Here is the latest status of forms availability https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1908854-irs-forms-availability-table-for-turbotax-individual-perso...

I am not a TT employee.  I am sorry you are having delays.  It is taking time for the IRS to approve forms and then TT must test them, it is very complex process as all forms have various links to be tested.

**I don't work for TT. Just trying to help. All the best. ***Say "Thanks" by marking as BEST ANSWER and clicking the thumb icon in a post and that I solved your question**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer" I am NOT an expert and you should confirm with a tax expert.
