Question

I am receiving a request to check for updates for NY form IT-196. Instructions for manual update do not apply to online turbo tax. How do I proceed?

My information is entered and during the final review I am prompted to check for updates to ensure accurate calculations and it references NY IT-196.  I followed instructions for manual updates but that requires that Turbotax be installed on my PC.  I use online Turbotax.
