I am seeing that my taxes was returned but my cards have $0 on them

At the "Where's My Refund" tool does the IRS say they have actually sent your funds?

If so, they also say that it can take up to 5 days due to variations in different banks' processing times/procedures.  But it usually doesn't take that long.

However, there may be another link in the chain:

Did you choose to pay any TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund?  If so, the funds go first from the IRS to an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted. Then that intermediary bank sends the rest to your bank (or Card) in a second direct deposit.   The company that handles that is called SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group.)   If you used that payment method, and IF the IRS has released your refunds, we can tell you how to check on your funds at the level of the intermediary company by logging into their website or their automated phone system.
