I am self employed but was out on maternity then covid hit and was on pandemic unemployment. I have no income or expenses for 2020. What turbo tax edition do I use?

Do I still need to file a schedule C?

If you do not have ANY business expenses to enter then you do not have to prepare a Schedule C.  You might get away with using a lower version of the software.   And...check into the free versions of software that become available in mid-January to see if you qualify to file for free
