I am trying to clear and start over. I do not seem to have a "Tax Tools" link on the side. What can I do?

How can I start over?

TurboTax Self Employed Online

To see the Tax Tools you must be in a browser or on a computer. Tax Tools is not available in the app. Clear and start over is not available if you registered or paid for TurboTax.

If you registered and/or paid for 2020, then you will need to create a new userid for 2020. You can use your same email address if you have to do that.
