Question

I am trying to download past returns but the link to documents doesn't appear in the left menu as the FAQs state. Where do I download my files?

Are you following these exact steps?:

 

  1. Open your TurboTax 2020 program and choose New Tax Return from the File menu in the upper left corner.
  2. Click Start a New Return.
  3. When you get to the transfer screen, click Browse.
  4. Navigate to your PDF file, click Open, and follow any onscreen instructions.
