Question

I am trying to e-file my return and it keeps saying there i an update available for my software. I go to the online check for updates and it says it is up to date.

After running the check for updates I get the message your software is up to date. I owe on my taxes and need to get it paid

Try this -

Save your tax return. Close the TurboTax program.

Re-boot your computer.

Open the TurboTax program and see if the problem persists.
