I am trying to efile and the software is taking me in circles even when I select file by mail. any suggestions?

Try clearing your cache and cookies and sign in to TurboTax again. Your info is all saved.

After further review, it appears the issue is that I could not efile with a direct debit payment dated 4.15.19
