I am trying to efile my return and it is stating the date 4/15/2019 is not accurate

How can I efile today...with the date 4/15/2019?

This can happen if you're outside the U.S. and it's already 4/16.

Just set your computer's clock to a US time zone that's before midnight on 4/15 and you should be able to set that date.
