I am trying to enter my payments for the months on my 1095A and it won’t let me enter zeros for the months I didn’t pay

Do not enter 0's for the months that you did not have health care coverage through one of the state marketplace exchanges or healthcare.gov.

Delete all information for those months not covered through the marketplace.

The program would not ask for an entry if the entire month is left blank in all columns unless there is something entered for that month in one of the columns.
Delete the Form 1095-A and re-enter if this continues.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen.  Click on Tools.  Click on Delete a form

To return to the Health Insurance section, click on Federal on the left side of the screen and then click on Health Insurance at the top of the screen.

Do Not import a PDF of the Form 1095-A but enter the information manually
