Question

I am trying to file a return for my elderly mother and elderly aunt. Do I need to create multiple accounts?

Yes. Each return requires its own unique login and must be paid for separately (if the return doesn't qualify for Free Edition). Please see this Help Article for more information.

Online is only good for one return per account. But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts.
