I am trying to file but it is saying "revisit" on step 2 of the filing (the your refund/payment info".

I have triple checked all bank account info on both state and federal but it still says "revisit"

Step 2 in the File menu is your indication of how to receive your direct deposit or pay your balance due. Be sure you review this information for the Federal return and each state separately.
