I am trying to file but it says my taxes have already been filed with my social security number.

If you used the IRS non-filer website to register for the stimulus payment the IRS filed a 2019 tax return with your name and Social Security number.  

Now that you are trying to e-file a 2019 tax return the IRS is rejecting the return since another tax return with your information has already been received by the IRS.
