Question

I am trying to file for my Stimulus Payment, but I did not file 2019 neither did I file for 2018. What do I need to do to get my Stimulus Payment.

You can check to see if you qualify for and register here for the stimulus payment.

Thanks but the filing did not go through.  It is asking me to include my AGI for 2018.

If you had no income your AGI would have been zero. If you have just failed to file those returns, you need to file. The portal is for individuals who are unable to file a return since they have no income. The IRS want to see your returns.
