Question

I am trying to file my taxes but it tells me that Wisconsin is not available to file. Why?

A Schedule I  isn't a part of the software for WI yet.....WI changed it and had it issued in late January, but the TTX software has to be adjusted to integrate the changes and tested to include it to work properly with everything else..

It's commonly the Schedule I.....but  could be a different form too.

Schedule I is "currently" scheduled to be ready 6 Feb...but check back on the 8th
