I am trying to import my W2. Its asking for the info from Box D , but my W2 does not have info in Box D.

Do you have the W-2 right there in your hand? Instead of fighting the technology, just enter the W-2 by hand and be done with it. You can do that a lot faster than any other solutions like waiting for help in the user forum
