Question

I am trying to pay for for Audit defense by credit card but have a message " Hmm...it looks like we hit a slight snag" Can somebody help me?

    Looks like your computer has hit a snag.  Let's clear your cookies, and history and reboot.

     

    Cookies are small files that temporarily store data on your computer. We use them to personalize your experience so you see the information you already entered and not items that are irrelevant or repetitive.

    On rare occasions, they may make your browser think you already did something that you still need to do. To fix that, you'll need to delete (clear) the cookies from your browser.

    Each browser has a slightly different method for deleting cookies. Choose the browser you're using:

    I tried to  solve this issue by removing cookies as was suggested in one answer but it did not work. So I still have this issue  and hope somebody can help.

    Try disabling your main internet browsers pop up blocker before getting to the payment page.

     

    The billing address on your credit card and the mailing address on your tax return have to match or you will get an error for paying with a credit card.

     

    If they are not the same then change your mailing address to your billing address.  Click on My Info on the left side of the screen.  Edit you mailing address and Continue.  Go back to the File section to make your payment.

     

    After the payment has been approved, go back to My Info and change the address back to the original.
