I am trying to register my last bit of information and it gives me error loading and snag loading. Not allowing me to finish my documents

Try clearing your browser's cache and deleting your cookies. Then trying logging out and logging back into TurboTax. If that doesn't work try downloading a new browser. These articles will show you how to do it.
