Question

I am trying to sign up. I put in our home number and your system is trying to text that number. How do I change the phone number? It won't let me do it now.

TurboTax Live Basic Online

You can change your phone number in the Personal Info section.

With TurboTax open select My Info in the left hand panel
On the page Personal info summary scroll down to the Mailing address line
Select edit change your phone number in the box Phone Number
