Question

I am unable to file as I keep receiving a message that some of the "My Info" details are missing, however, I've filled out all the criteria, can you please advise?

TurboTax Deluxe Online

I would recommend going through the My Info screen again.

Select Edit to the right of each input section to ensure you have answered everything correctly.

Once you have confirmed the input in each section, scroll down to Continue. You will be taken back to the main screen. Select Review in the black panel on the left.

This may resolve your issue. If you are still having the same error message, please comment.
