I am unable to import 2023 HandR pdf tax file.

you should be able to, according to Turbotax. However, I couldn't find instructions and your basic online does not include support. Hopefully someone with better info will reply

Just so you know,  a pdf only transfers basic things like your name, address, ssn and AGI.  It would be just as easy to manually enter all your info. So it's probably not worth even trying to transfer it.
