I am using a different computer but have the AGI for the 2023 year. In fact the hard drives for the computer were wiped clean.

    Please describe your situation with enough details (no personal info) so that people will know what you are doing, including what product you are using for your 2024 return--Online TurboTax or desktop software??   

     

    It's still not clear what you need to know.   Nearly everyone will be using the 2023 AGI for verification purposes when they efile a return.  So do you have the 2023 AGI or not?   In your original post you said you have it.  And also what do you mean by "different email?"  What does that have to do with it?  Are you trying to use Online TurboTax and can't log into your account?  i.e., are you having a problem with the User ID?  Or you can't find your online 2023 return, or what?   If you used a different email address, we can help you get back into your account.

    I do have the AGI.  Is it possible I put a different way to have my payment that I am due or that I owe went somewhere else????
