I am using the online Turbo Tax Premier version. My return was rejected. Turbo Tax message was "There is a known issue..Please update your software to the latest version.

How to get the updated online version?

The Online version updates automatically.    But so far we don't know what your issue is.  And do you know if the issue was for a Federal return or a state return?

 

You used the term "rejected", but in what context? Did you finish your efile, actually submitted it, then later received a rejection? 

Or did you encounter something prior to actually efiling that prevented you from efiling in the first place?   If so, do you know any more details?   Do you know anything else about what/where your roadblock is?
