Claim you???  Did you live with him?    He could not legally claim you as a dependent if you did not live with him all of 2016.

I lived with him for about 2 months but he is still trying to get me for leaving him.

Don't know what you mean.   If you are divorced just file as single and don't worry about what your ex does.  If he files a fraudulent tax return the IRS can deal with him.

The only way of finding out for sure is to try and efile your 2016 tax return.  If your efile is rejected due to your social security number being submitted already, you will know that someone else claimed you.  The only option you would have is to paper-file your tax return and the IRS will investigate whoever else claimed you and they will have to amend their tax return, pay additional tax, interest and penalties.

Hi believe my ex-husband had claimed me in 2013 one taxes and being married. How do I find out if he did or didn’t

2013?   Why are you worried ten years later about a 2013 tax return?  Or was that a typo?
