I am wondering why i am estimated to owe state tax when i claimed 0 all year and even had some extra taken out each month. I am estimated to get a fed ref but owe state

You may want to verify that you entered everything into TurboTax correctly by following these steps:

Select Tax Tools on the left hand side of your screen,
Select Tools,
Select View Tax Summary,
Select Preview my State Return on the left hand side of your screen.

It could be some changes in your States Tax regulations also.
