I am working on filing my taxes, I am a military spouse. How can I attach 0104PN to get my state taxes returned to me. When submitting my taxes on turbo.

I am in the state of Colorado.

I'm assuming you are stationed in Colorado and you have a different state of legal residence.

Please follow these steps:

Click on "State" on the left
Start Colorado return
Confirm that you are nonresidents
Continue until you get to the "Colorado Portion of Wages" screen and make sure your spouse's military and your wages are excluded under Colorado ($0 unless your active duty spouse had a second civilian job in CO)
