Question

I and my wife has H1 visa type and filling joint. My 2 kid doesnt have SSN or ITIN. We apply for both but both rejected. How can I add my kids as dependent. Thanks

Sorry---but if the children do not have SSN's or ITIN's you will not be able to claim them as dependents. You might want to apply for an extension to give yourself until mid-October to file your return if you think you can manage to get the SSN or ITIN for them by then. You cannot go back and amend later to add them as dependents if they did not have an SSN or ITIN by the filing deadline.
