Question

I applied tax return on Feb 21, and the status message says Way to go, does that mean it's filed and IRS is reviewing it? Or, does it mean rejected? What should I do?

What do you mean "applied"? Did you click the big orange "TRANSMIT MY RETURNS NOW" button at the end and then finish working through the program to the very end? If you did not, then you never sent your tax returns anywhere.

Please see the below on how to check your e-file status. Then when your status shows accepted you can then begin to track your refund beginning 24 hours after it shows accepted.
