We can help with the Form 4682.  This is for Casualty and Theft.

The "pi" at the end may represent a State form.

     Select Tax Tools

    • This is on the left sidebar
    • You may have to minimize the Federal and State options
    • You also may have to scroll down on that menu
    1. Once you can work on Tax Tools
    2. On the drop-down select Tools
    3. There will be 3 or 4 green boxes
    4. Select Topics Search
    5. Type the form number or a topic.
    6. 4682
    7. Continue through the questions.

I was able to find and fill out the form 4684. I loaded it into the tax file but the Federal and State is still not forwarded for review and acceptance. Thanks for helping me with the Form 4684

A new law was issued in December 2024 that is retroactive to 2019. The IRS and many state agencies are scrambling to update forms. The IRS is not ready to accept the new 4684. Please check forms availability here. You will want to review your return for updates before filing.
