I bought a CD at Target and ran the disc on a laptop that crashed.It loaded the updates to the same email I have always used with Turbo.Can I use my code on new LTop ?

Turbo says my license has been associated with another account, updates downloaded to the crashed laptop. No Fed or State filing made with my license code. How can I use this license?

If you installed from the CD it seems you can not download it from online now. You can't do both CD and download. See the info on this FAQ

So you need to call in to get the download pushed to your account.

Or try copying the CD to a usb flash drive. See SteamTrains post here. But this might only work for Windows.

Oh and I also meant to add.....Even though you can install it 5 times, it seems you can only use the CD 1 time unless you install it on another computer using the other operating system like Mac.
